Exhibition Stand Pricing

Our basic exhibition system features tabletops measuring 80 cm x 80 cm,
allowing us to offer exhibition space in sizes of 6, 9, 12, 15, or 18 sqm.

The total price consists of two straightforward parts:

1. Registration Fee:

• 2,500 PLN
• Payable based on a proforma invoice issued by the organizer upon stand booking.

2. Exhibition Area Fee:

• 260 PLN per 1 sqm 
• Payable based on a proforma invoice issued by the organizer no later than 2 weeks before the fair

     

   Each Exhibitor's Package Includes:

• Occasional table
• 3 chairs
• 1 x 230V power socket
• Wireless internet connection
• Listing on the exhibitor list on the website
• Listing on the stand plan
• Listing on the stand sign
• Company business card in the e-Exhibitor Catalogue
• 1 parking space
• Catering refreshments

   Furthermore, parking, coffee, tea, water, and cookies are included for both Exhibitors and Visitors.
